WHAT’S IN A NAME?

Suzie Q Studio's NEW Serendipity BEAD STEW DIY jewelry making kits feature LIMITED EDITION, artfully curated combinations of yummy beads and components for easy-to-make, unique jewelry. Because each project kit is "Limited Edition", usually only 10 combinations are created per kit. Once the edition is SOLD OUT, the same combo will not be made again, so "Get 'em while you can".

So, what's up with the name of our jewelry-making kits "Serendipity BEAD STEW"?

SERENDIPITY... BEADS DESTINED TO BE TOGETHER AND MEANT FOR YOU:

When we go through the artful process of combining the beads and components for our kits, it always feels very "serendipitous" with a winning bead combo... almost like they're "destined" and happy to be together.

BEAD STEW... 

A fairly common term used in beaded jewelry-making is "Bead Soup", which is when you take your random, leftover beads, usually seed beads, and mix them all together to have enough beads to make another project.

Because the beads and components in our "Serendipity BEAD STEW" kits are artfully and deliberately selected, plus the beads are more robust than only a random seed bead mix, we think our bead combinations are more substantial -- like a "stew".

​So we mixed all of our inspirations together, and PRESTO!, the name "Serendipity BEAD STEW" came to be!

YUMMY INGREDIENTS  FOR EASY JEWELRY-MAKING:

Suzie Q Studio originally started out in 2002 in a little chartreuse and orange house as Suzie Q Beads. Over the past years of a few location changes and store name variations, the most prevalent comment that was made by our Suzie Q customers was: "These beads look yummy enough to EAT!", and we whole-heartedly agree!

As well, a lot of people would love to have the fun and satisfaction of creating a custom piece of jewelry, but don't have the time to learn a lot of jewelry-making skills or to gather up an assortment of scrumptious beads that look fabulous together. Plus, even for experienced jewelry-makers with large "bead stashes", there always seem to be one or two types of beads that aren't in their collections. This puts them on a hunt for the elusive bead or beads that'll transform their nice design into something spectacular! Experienced jewelry-designers may also want to take these luscious bead combos and use them in their other designs, such as earrings, dangles for bracelets, etc.

With this in mind, our Serendipity Bead Stew, Limited Edition, artfully curated jewelry-making kits make it super-simple for beginners, and the "already obsessed" to have some instant gratification with their one-of-a-kind jewelry creations, that look delicious enough to eat!...
