A SIMPLER SHIPPING PLAN!

I’ve made an important change to the Suzie Q Studio shipping policy.

SUZIE Q STUDIO NOW SHIPS WITHIN CANADA ONLY  

After many years of happily shipping Suzie Q goodies to creative friends around the world, I’ve made the decision to simplify things and focus on my Canadian customers.

International shipping has become increasingly complicated, with constantly changing customs regulations, tariffs, duties, fees, paperwork and carrier requirements. For a Canadian one-person creative business like mine, keeping up with all of these changes has become incredibly time-consuming and difficult to manage.

So, rather than spending my time worrying about tariff codes and customs paperwork, I’ve decided to put that energy where it belongs… into BEADS, CREATIVITY, and my Suzie Q creative community!

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:  Nothing changes! You can continue shopping all of your favourite Suzie Q goodies and having them shipped right to your Canadian address, with Canada Post, by choosing “CANADA POST” at checkout.

CALGARY CUSTOMERS (and surrounding areas):  FREE in-person pick-up is still available in the central Calgary location of Inglewood. Choose “FREE CALGARY PICK-UP” at checkout.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE CANADA:  I’m sorry, but Suzie Q Studio can no longer accept orders for international delivery.

I know this may be disappointing for some of my wonderful Suzie Q friends in the U.S., UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and elsewhere around the world. This wasn't a decision I made lightly, and I truly appreciate all of your support over the years.

For now, I’m choosing to SIMPLIFY… and put my time and energy into what I can manage well: offering unusual beady treasures and jewellery-making supplies, Serendipity BEAD kits, creative inspiration, DIY projects, pop-up classes and parties (coming soon!), and serving my Canadian Suzie Q friends.

And who knows what wonderfully BEAD-i-ful things are ahead?!
