• Items are only held for you once you place the order, along with your payment.

• All transactions while shopping online at Suzie Q Studio are handled through the “SHOPIFY” payment system. Suzie Q Studio/Suzie Q Beads Ltd. does not have direct access to or able to store your credit card information at any time.
• Payment types available are: Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal
• Orders that are shipped to a Canadian address will be charged the applicable taxes pertaining to the province where the order is shipped to, including GST (Goods & Service Tax) and provincial sales tax, where applicable.

Suzie Q Studio currently ships within Canada only. 
At this time, Suzie Q Studio does not ship outside Canada.
